Location: North New Hyde Park
The Building Maintenance Mechanic at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is responsible for general maintenance and repairs of equipment and services for CIA buildings. The role includes PM work, boiler servicing, roofing, plumbing, and coordinating with the Building Maintenance Operations Manager.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with 3+ years in facilities maintenance or 1 year in a skilled trade. Shift work and emergency on-call may be required.
