Job SummaryUSFF is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role supports the accounting department with day‑to‑day financial operations, including A/P billing, credit‑card and use‑tax reconciliation, invoicing for construction projects, and tracking jobs and commissions.
The right person is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel. Experience with Quick Books Online or Xero is required. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, along with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities- Credit card reconciliation
- Use‑tax compliance
- Money‑out reconciliations
- Construction project invoicing
- Invoicing clients for shipments and sales‑tax compliance
- Job tracking

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Meticulously attentive to details
- Comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel
- Extensive experience and comfort with packages like Quick Books Online or Xero
- Teamwork and communication
- Desire to learn and grow with the company
