IMC is currently hiring a Behavioral Health Attendant, who working under the supervision and guidance of professional staff, the Behavioral Health Attendant provides observation of patients and when appropriate, performs various patient care activities necessary incaring for the personal needs and comfort of patient.

• High school graduate.

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.

• Basic knowledge of the nursing process and nursing principles.
• CPR

• Demonstrates respect for patients and families.
• Maintains and protects confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient care.
• Functions as a positive role model for peers and promotes a professional image of Iberia Medical Center.
