Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
