Customer Service Representative – Circle K

Location: 1213 E Admiral Doyle Dr, New Iberia, Louisiana 70560

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to work at Circle K and provide excellent service to our customers. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, suggesting purchases, and maintaining store standards. This is a part‑time position with opportunities for advancement.

• Greet customers and run the register as cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and support the store’s food program.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and outside.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Assist teammates to accomplish daily store goals.

• Selling products to customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Friendly communication and conversation.
• Performing at a quick pace while having fun.
• Working as part of a team and solving problems.
• Thinking quickly and offering suggestions.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Experience as a sales associate or cashier.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place/remove signs.
