We’re working with a client that was recently acquired by a Fortune 100 company — a move that will significantly expand their operations and accelerate their growth trajectory.
They’re building out their accounting function and need to hire a Senior Accountant immediately. This is a high‑visibility role reporting into exceptional finance leaders who were recently brought in to help scale the business.

- Hybrid schedule: one day in office now, moving to two early next year
- Exposure to M&A, SOX compliance, and ERP implementation (SAP preferred)
- 1–2 days in the office per week.
- Participate in month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Support audit preparation and SOX documentation
- Collaborate with finance and operations on reporting improvements
- Contribute to system and process enhancements during ERP rollout
- Assist in preparing GAAP‑compliant financial statements and intercompany eliminations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- Must have 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and private accounting experience.
- SOX exposure and strong process‑improvement mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP a plus)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
