PositionSummary
The Accounts Payable Associate will assist the Finance/Accounting Department with its day‑to‑day activities.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the accounting personnel
- Assist with obtaining purchase order and invoice approvals
- Review invoices against purchase orders for accuracy and follow up if necessary
- Accurate and timely coding and processing of vendor invoices
- Follow up with vendors regarding discrepancies with vendor invoices
- Maintain vendor files thoroughly and accurately
- Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations
- Assist with month‑end close: monthly recurring transactions, accruals, etc.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Assist with any ad‑hoc requests
- Accounting majors or graduates preferred
- Relevant IT skills (able to work with Net Suite and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and tactically (detail‑oriented)
- Strong collaborative and influencing skills and ability to work well in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task; team is essential
- Flexible and able to adapt to company growth and evolving responsibilities
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1‑3 years of related accounting clerical duties and evolving responsibilities

The estimated base salary range for each open position based in the United States of America is included for all our current openings. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
