Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Annual Bonus (Up to 5%)

• Engagement Leadership: Prepare comprehensive accounting work papers for compilation and review engagements.
• Audit & Assurance: Execute essential audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance for a variety of private industry clients.
• Tax Strategy: Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns for Partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Workflow Management: Take ownership of deadlines and internal communications, ensuring projects move efficiently from start to finish.
• Mentorship: Supervise and support junior staff, helping to build the firm’s future talent.
• Consultative Support: Actively participate in financial planning, tax projections, and transactional support to help clients grow their businesses.

• The Experienced Professional: You have at least 5 years of experience within a CPA firm. You understand the rhythm of the industry and the nuances of public accounting.
• Sector Specialist: You have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with a preference for experience in Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or Manufacturing
