The Senior Accountant will ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and accounting data (revenue, GL). This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting financial operations and controls.

• Monthly Close & Reconciliations: Prepare and review journal entries (prepaid, accruals, amortizations, and reclassifications), trial balances, and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Compile balance sheets, income statements, and financial schedules; coordinate financial reporting for management.
• Controls & Compliance: Support internal controls, policies, and audit readiness, including preparing documentation for auditors.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze results, investigate discrepancies, and adjust entries as needed to maintain accurate general ledgers.
• Process Oversight: Review journal entries from other team members, guide proper input, and participate in AP/AR and client billing functions.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Conduct data analysis, reporting, and special financial projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with financial systems (Dynamics/SAP a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
