Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

Location: Bedminster

We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead core accounting operations and provide strong financial oversight for a healthcare-focused environment in Bedminster, New Jersey. This position is responsible for guiding the close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the integrity of billing and cash-related activities. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in medical billing and revenue cycle management, along with the ability to keep deadlines on track across multiple accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the monthly financial close cycle and ensure reporting activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Supervise account reconciliations and review day-to-day transaction activity to maintain reliable financial records.
• Provide oversight of accounts payable, payroll administration, customer billing, and cash handling processes.
• Partner with team members to support healthcare billing operations and strengthen revenue cycle performance.
• Review banking activity and reconcile balances to help ensure completeness and accuracy across accounts.
• Maintain organized financial documentation, including compiled and scanned records, to support audit readiness and internal controls.
• Monitor assigned deliverables across accounting operations and drive timely completion of critical tasks.
