Our client a growing manufacturing company based in Manalapan, NJ is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all day-to-day accounting operations. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and payroll experience, be comfortable working independently, and possess the versatility to assist with office administration and facilities-related functions.
Responsibilities include:
+ Manage the full cycle accounting process including:
+ Accounts Payable
+ Accounts Receivable
+ General Ledger maintenance
+ Bank and credit card reconciliations
+ Journal entries and month-end close
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
+ Process payroll through Paychex
+ Support day-to-day office operations
+ Coordinate office vendors and service providers
+ Manage office supplies and purchasing
+ Serve as a key point of contact for administrative and operational needs
Requirements
Qualifications
+ 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or general accounting experience
+ Experience managing all aspects of accounting through financial statement preparation
+ Required experience with Quick Books Online and Paychex
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
