Finance Associate AP

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate with Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP experience for an urgent, short-term temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and working within SAP. This position requires someone who can quickly adapt to an existing finance team and contribute with minimal training.

• Process and review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter, track, and reconcile invoices using SAP.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable reconciliations and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team as needed.

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance/accounting role required.
• Hands-on SAP experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability and ability to commit to an approximately 6-week temporary assignment.
