A Typical Day
You will help others by building client relationships, answering phones, greeting clients, matching them with the right tax professional, scheduling appointments, ensuring all client needs are met, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
What we’re looking for
- High‑school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or multiple locations
- Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
Your Expertise
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior customer‑service experience
- Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
