We’re looking for an experienced legal firm receptionist for a flexible, part‑time position at a reputable law firm in Watchung, NJ. The role requires a polished, organized individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and can confidently support a busy legal office.

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organized and welcoming
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
• Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive legal documents and client information
• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

• Prior experience working in a law firm (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
