Department Secretary; part-time

Position Summary:

To Assist the Food/Nutritional Services Director, The Environmental Services Director, and their respective supervisory staff by providing office management and clerical support.

Preferred: 1-3 years office experience preferred

Preferred:
High school, or GED, able to read and write English

Required:

Typing 50wpm, excellent computer skills ie:
Word, Excel and (Power Point helpful). Institutional food knowledge helpful for placing food orders

The minimum starting rate for this position is $18.20
