Job Description

Position:
Automotive Lube Express Technician.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Check and communicate oil levels to service team
  • Inspect and adjust tire pressure for optimal performance
  • Refill essential fluids and inspect levels as needed
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections
  • Replace oil drain plugs and install new oil filters
  • Clean and lubricate fittings to manufacturer specifications
Qualities We’re Looking For
  • Experience at an automotive dealership.
  • Strong understanding of the service drive.
  • Years of experience vary per position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
