The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team, learning diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under senior technicians. The role involves schedule maintenance, inspections, customer interaction, and high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment.

$19.55 – $29.33 per hour (flat‑rate pay with performance bonuses)

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications (A1–A8) within the first two years of employment; company pays test fees and rewards each test passed.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and drive to learn tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license; able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Understanding of general maintenance and tire repair: oil changes, basic inspections, tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

• Two years automotive repair experience or completion of a vocational‑technical program or equivalent certification.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent external qualifications.
