Automotive Store Manager

The Midas Store Manager leads business operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction and growth. The manager oversees cost control, inventory, environmental compliance, and safety while cultivating a productive work culture.

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule and coach employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and consult customers on services, estimated completion times and pricing.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, build repair orders, source parts and promote shop specials.
• Lead sales, accounting and clerical functions from Service Advisors.
• Maintain inventory counts, track losses and ensure overall cleanliness and environmental compliance.
• Record employee payroll, hours and scheduling; submit daily sales reports to Corporate.

• Minimum of 2 years store or service manager experience.
• General automotive knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair domestic, European and Asian vehicles.
• Excellent customer service disposition and strong communication skills.
• Strong POS computer, internet and continuous improvement skills.
• Leadership and team‑building ability.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
