• Process orders for parts and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
