Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations.
We offer eligible Automotive Tire Technicians a guaranteed weekly bonus program that can total up to $800 during the introductory period, complementing your guaranteed base compensation. No experience is required—paid training is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services—rotations, balancing, and flat repairs—to keep vehicles operating safely.
- Provide best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and maintain safety standards.
