About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Claims Data Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on digging into data, solving complex problems, and ensuring accuracy in every aspect of their work. You will support decision-making and operational performance by analyzing claims data, identifying trends, and maintaining data integrity across our systems.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights
- Perform detailed claims reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reporting tools, dashboards, and models
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Ensure data quality through meticulous validation and error-checking
- Take ownership of assigned projects, working independently to meet deadlines

Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance claims experience (Accident & Health preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Ability to handle large datasets and operate within data-driven environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with reporting tools mainly with Excel (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Familiarity with TPA operations or claims systems is a plus
Intermediate Level
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00/hr.
