Project Manager (Contract Manufacturing)

Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects within a contract manufacturing environment. The role executes projects, tracks progress, and serves as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers.

• Project Planning & Execution – Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple work streams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicate status, risks, and changes, and escalated issues as needed.
• Reporting & Administration – Prepare and present regular project status reports and dashboards, maintain accurate project documentation and records, and fulfill other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product development processes, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain operations.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Stage‑Gate methodologies.
• Project management certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
