Purchasing Agents Assist in sourcing hair wigs and accessories from international suppliers for resale;
Research potential exporters and evaluate their product offerings, pricing, and reputation;
Maintain regular communication with overseas vendors to request quotes, confirm product availability, and negotiate prices under supervision;
Assist in reviewing product quality, specifications, and quantities to ensure they meet order requirements and company standards;
Prepare and process purchase orders, shipping instructions, and other procurement documentation;
Monitor order status, shipping schedules, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery;
Stay informed of relevant trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures to support compliance;
