The Senior Analyst, Global Procurement – SG&A supports the Global Procurement team in executing sourcing initiatives and managing Services, General & Administrative (SG&A) spend categories across VERSANT’s global operations. This role will play an important part in building and maturing a centralized procurement function during a period of transformation and growth. The Senior Analyst will support category strategy development, lead defined work streams within sourcing initiatives, and partner directly with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Data Insights & Analytics, Corporate Functions, and other business areas to drive cost optimization, supplier governance, commercial value, and procurement discipline.

• Support sourcing initiatives across SG&A categories, including consulting and professional services, HR services, marketing and research services, finance and tax services, legal services, facilities, and other corporate services.
• Lead defined components of RFx processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, with responsibility for supplier outreach, bid analysis, commercial evaluation, and negotiation support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear and structured sourcing documentation.
• Conduct detailed spend and supplier analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities, supplier consolidation opportunities, sourcing strategies, and compliance gaps.
• Develop pricing models, cost analyses, and financial evaluations to support business cases, supplier comparisons, and negotiations.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, savings documentation, and project trackers.
• Draft sourcing and procurement materials, including RFPs, RFQs, scopes of work, work orders, pricing schedules, bid comparison analyses, and executive summaries.
