Insmed seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Operations Strategy to build strategic clarity across manufacturing, supply chain, and product development. Working within a newly formed team, the successful candidate will address cross-functional operational priorities, develop supply risk mitigation strategies, and support commercial readiness across the portfolio.
Responsibilities- Analyze cross-functional questions and develop strategic recommendations for Technical Operations leadership
- Support manufacturing network decisions by modeling scenarios and evaluating long-term implications
- Identify supply chain vulnerabilities across the portfolio and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure early product development decisions account for downstream manufacturing and commercial readiness impacts
- Build analytical tools, dashboards, and data integrations to support supply chain and portfolio insights
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years
- Background in strategy, operations, supply chain, or analytics within pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver recommendations independently
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision support
- Clear written and verbal communication with senior leadership
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments without large team support
Compensation: $124,000-$161,000 annual
