Medical Front Desk

At Thera Corp Behavioral Health, we know that reaching out for mental health care can be a vulnerable and important step. For many clients, their first interaction with our practice can shape how they feel about their entire experience.

That is why this role matters.

We are looking for a Medical Front Desk/Client Coordinator who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience for every client who reaches out to us.

You will be an important part of our team and a familiar face to the clients we serve. You will help create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for while also helping our clinicians and administrative team keep the day running smoothly.

Thera Corp is a busy and growing behavioral health practice, so this is a fast-paced environment where being organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities is important. Even on a busy day, we want every client to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for.

If you enjoy working with people, like being part of a team, and want to know that the work you do has a real purpose, we would love to hear from you.
