• Lead and supervise campers during daily activities, ensuring their safety and engagement
• Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational and educational activities
• Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and good communication
• Assist in the development and implementation of camp programs and schedules
• Support junior staff and volunteers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Enforce camp rules and safety protocols consistently and effectively
• Address camper concerns and resolve conflicts in a respectful and constructive manner
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive camp environment

• Previous experience working with children or in a camp setting preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to creating a positive camper experience
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
