You will assist our construction management leadership with day‑to‑day operations, project coordination, and client relationships while ensuring high standards in quality, scheduling, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities- Support construction manager with project oversight and subcontractor coordination
- Communicate with clients to maintain clear, professional updates
- Coordinate material purchasing, delivery logistics, and scheduling
- Maintain documentation related to project budgets, change orders, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist with daily project review, jobsite reporting, and management of deliverables
- Track milestones, proactively identify challenges, and contribute to solutions
- 10 years of experience in residential construction, field coordination, or project support preferred
- Working knowledge of construction phases, materials, and scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Highly organized and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license required; regular site travel is part of this role
