As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind complex residential builds, ensuring seamless scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate directly with company leadership and take ownership of job site operations, financial tracking, and progress communication from start to finish.

• Budget & Scheduling Management
• Own all stages of project execution, from planning through close‑out
• Manage project budgets in line with contract scope and gross profit goals
• Oversee sequencing, procurement, milestones, and resource planning
• Handle material take‑offs and purchasing
• Track change orders (COs) and RFIs to avoid scope drift
• Approve invoices and manage financial documentation
• Use CRM/construction software to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Lead client meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication
• Deliver weekly updates and progress reports
• Manage site conditions and punch lists to ensure satisfaction
• Represent the brand with professionalism and accountability
• Foster a supportive and proactive team culture
• Promote training, adherence to SOPs, and ongoing skills development
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site compliance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, on scope, and on budget
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM/construction software (Job Tread or similar)
• Familiarity with energy‑efficient or high‑end custom home construction
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Commute within 45 miles of West Creek, NJ required

• Competitive salary at $80,000 to $110,000 per year based on experience
