Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000/year + Benefits + Bonuses

We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to lead NY/NJ public projects from planning to completion.

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Manage project documentation using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and Kahua
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
• Provide clear updates and reports to stakeholders

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• 3+ years working on NYS/NJ public projects (SCA experience preferred)
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required
• OSHA 40 certification
• Proficiency in estimating, take-offs, and blueprint interpretation
