Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to oversee ground-up construction projects, particularly within the retail and restaurant sectors. This role offers a stable and dynamic work environment due to a significant backlog of projects and expansion into multiple business segments.

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and project estimation processes.
• Develop site development plans and manage project engineering activities.
• Ensure adherence to mechanical and electrical engineering standards and practices.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proven track record in ground-up construction projects.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, and project estimation.
• Proficiency in engineering and site development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with construction management and design principles.

This is a Permanent position based out of Point Pleasant Boro, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Point Pleasant Boro, NJ.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 19, 2026.
