Conservatory Logistics Assistant

This position will assist the GNY Music & Creative Arts Department in operating the Summer Music & Creative Arts Conservatory programs by serving as a Logistics Assistant for Conservatory.

• Conservatory Orientation:
  June 25 – 27 (arrive by 10am, June 25)
• Junior Music & Creative Arts Conservatory:
  June 28 – July 3
• Music & Creative Arts Camp:
  July 7 – July 12 (return to camp by 5:00pm, July
  6)
• Senior Music & Creative Arts Conservatory:
  July 15 – July 23 (return by 6:00pm, July 14)
• Post-Conservatory Cleanup:
  July 24
• Assist with all administrative, cleaning, and special projects during Conservatory and M&CA Camp sessions.
• Assist with setup, re-setting of program locations, and evening program preparation.
• Manage logistics for Conservatory programs and Finale Program setup.
• Track and move Conservatory equipment; organize supplies in the Conservatory Office.
• Maintain cleanliness in all program areas, outdoor spaces, storage, and Conservatory Office.
• Assist with water container refills and other duties as assigned by the Music & Creative Arts Director.

• Proficiency in performing and teaching a music and/or creative arts discipline.
• Organized and task-oriented.
• Uniformed Salvationist participating in music or arts ensembles at the corps and divisional level.
• 16 years of age or older.
