CoStar Group is a global leader in real‑estate data and analytics. This role supports  and  by capturing high‑quality 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties.

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro 3 cameras.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase residential spaces using professional photography techniques.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
• When not photographing a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory or missing availability, and photograph commercial properties as needed.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment, including proper handling and maintenance.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography.
• Current high‑school diploma or GED; a photography degree is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and experience working directly with clients.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data‑entry accuracy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; successful completion of a driving record check prior to start.

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary. Ability to work outdoors in all weather and on a rotating weekend schedule.

Hourly wage equivalent to $49,000–$50,000 annually, based on skills and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock purchase plan.
