Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.

• Manage main lobby operations – check‑ins, check‑outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions
• Answer and handle calls in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and file maintenance
• Schedule and manage data entry

• Passion for animals and ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays
• Lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds, standing/walking for eight hours a day
• Fast‑paced work environment and comfortable working on a computer system
• Handle dogs on leashes and work in an environment with exposure to disinfectants, animal dander, and excretions
• Welcome both human and pet guests, correctly identify animal body language/behavior, and follow safe handling procedures
• Check in and out pet guests while providing excellent customer service; escort pets to and from their rooms
• Takes reservations over the phone and communicates with management and team members

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of professional animal experience
