OK4WD, one of the leading off‑road and over‑land e‑commerce retailers in the nation, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our e‑commerce team and enhance customer satisfaction. The role is full‑time and in‑person at our Stewartsville, NJ office. As the first point of contact for customers online, by phone, and via email, you will support them throughout their truck up‑fitting and off‑road purchasing journey.

• Provide excellent pre‑ and post‑sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process orders received through the e‑commerce website, phone, and email.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and understand order‑fulfillment policies and procedures.
• Respond to basic customer queries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Update customer records in the company database.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off‑road industries is a plus.
• Experience with Big Commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, including CRM, POS, and web‑based systems.
• Comfort in a fast‑paced environment and capable of multitasking.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑work orientation.
• Detail‑oriented and responsible.

Salary: $19 – $21 per hour.
