- 1–3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry office materials weighing 50 pounds or less, and operate a keyboard.
