Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

• Accurately enter orders for all customers.
• Polite and timely response to a heavy volume of customer phone calls, voicemails and e-mails.
• Complete customer care follow through to resolve outstanding issues.
• Resolution of complaints to customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with other departments to efficiently resolve outstanding matters.
• Communicates with customers regarding their orders, which may involve investigation of prior paperwork and e-mails.

• You've detail oriented and takes ownership
• You've more than 3 years of experience in Customer Service and order processing.
• You've experience with consumer products companies and retail customers.
• You've good knowledge in photography or digital imaging.
