Customer Service Representative – American Residential Services (AJ Perri Plumbing, Heating, Cooling)

Schedule:

4 weekdays – 1 weekend day, full‑time, 8‑hour shift starting late morning.

Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Manage scheduling, handle multi‑line phones, and support customers with professionalism and urgency in a fast‑paced, team‑driven in‑office environment (not remote).

• Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer‑based systems
• Ability to handle multi‑line phones with accuracy and composure
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)
• Weekend and shift flexibility may be required
