Athena Mckay LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team in Chatham, NJ! • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Process transactions, reservations, or check-ins efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Uphold company standards and policies in all guest interactions

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
