Customer Service Representative – $18–$21/hour – Monday–Friday, No Nights or Weekends

Looking for a steady, friendly office job with weekends off? Join our Jamesburg team helping local families get their appliances fixed. No experience needed – we provide paid training.

• Answer incoming calls and help customers with empathy
• Schedule in-home repair appointments with our trained technicians
• Respond to customer emails and texts
• Confirm appointments and keep customers updated
• Order and receive parts
• Enter information into our scheduling software

• Friendly phone voice and good communication skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable, organized and on time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center, customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule – no nights, no weekends
