Rental Ambassador – Mountain Creek
Location:
Vernon, NJ Reporting to:
Rental ManagerSNOW Partners Mission Statement:“To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.”About Mountain Creek:
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.
How the Rental Technician works with the Team:
Rental Ambassadors will assist our guests through the rental process for ski/snowboard equipment.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Responsible for proper size and fitting of rental equipment for our guests.
Explain the use and mechanical parts of equipment.
Work with a team to successfully reach Rental Shop goals
Perform general housekeeping tasks and duties as necessary
Assist our guests through the rental process while being proactive to our guests needs.
Assure all guests have completed agreement correctly
Be courteous to other employees and guests at all times
Team Member
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation
Possess excellent customer service skills
