Responsibilities:• Data entry skills to accurately enter orders. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Ensuring accurate and timely order processing while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Research part numbers needed to satisfy customers needs. Identifying and resolving customer problems or complaints promptly and efficiently. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with other departments, or escalating complex problems to higher-level support or management when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, shipping, and engineering.
• Product knowledge:
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Keeping up-to-date with product updates, features, and pricing changes.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Attention to detail
• Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
