Hightstown Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at case presentation and patient communication, (
spanish speaking preferred
) and is passionate about helping patients move forward with the treatment they need.

Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans and explain procedures with confidence and clarity
  • Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
  • Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding of coverage
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
  • Coordinate patient scheduling for comprehensive care
  • Build strong patient relationships and increase case acceptance
  • Work closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits
  • Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to build trust and connect with patients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
