Dental Receptionist

Pay:$25.00 - $31.00 per hour

We are looking for a highly diligent and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you are a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and never hesitates to step up and help out, we want you on our team!

  Experience:
  
  Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure the reception area is organized and inviting.
• Scheduling:Manage the daily schedule, coordinate appointments, and communicate effectively with referring general dentists' offices.
• Administration:Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain accurate digital patient records.
• Financial Coordination:Verify dental insurance benefits, process payments, and explain treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
• Team Support:Jump in and assist fellow staff members wherever needed to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

• Experience:Prior experience in a dental front office (endodontic experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right fit).
