We are a nationally recognized, award‑winning, full‑service landscape design company. From site design plans to yearly organic lawn care, maintenance programs, and custom masonry, we offer landscaping services throughout Bergen County and the Northern New Jersey area.

Our primary goal is to create satisfied customers by designing and maintaining practical and aesthetically pleasing landscapes while providing the highest quality products and services.

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and create detailed designs and plans.
• Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for construction site plans.
• Create visually compelling graphics using hand drawings and advanced design software tailored for residential landscapes.
• Prepare comprehensive documents, plans, and renderings that communicate the design vision.
• Assess and analyze site conditions, including soil quality, slope, drainage, and existing vegetation.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure design plans are accurately realized.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Prepare necessary documents for local approvals and permits.

• Prior sales experience in the landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of plants and horticulture, and aesthetic design principles.
• Ability to work within budget constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts.
• Results‑driven with a passion for Landscape Design/Sales.

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.

Bergen County and Northern New Jersey area.
