Cooper’s CCA network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our Ambulatory Care team in the Cape region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where culture is top tier and innovation drives care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic endocrine conditions.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, ordering, and communication.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.
