• Position: Associate Optometrist (Part‑time)
• Location: 000220 Lens Crafters, Mays Landing, NJ
• Schedule: Part‑time, flexible scheduling available
• Salary: Based on experience; competitive bonus/commission possible

• Provide independent optometric care to patients in a Lens Crafters subleasing practice.
• Work collaboratively with the Subleasing Doctor to deliver high‑quality eye examinations.
• Maintain full scope of practice based on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Use available technology such as Clarify, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System, and other OD equipment.
• Participate in automated online appointment booking and patient recall system.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active optometry license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in patient care and familiarity with digital eye‑examination technology preferred.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
• Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments.
• Fully furnished office with full suite of OD equipment.
• Access to Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech support.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
