Our client, a reputable and well-established healthcare provider renowned for delivering quality family medicine services in a supportive environment, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician to join their dynamic team in New Jersey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community-focused practice with a commitment to physician autonomy and professional growth.
Responsibilities- Manage a balanced outpatient and inpatient clinical workload, focusing on continuity of care and building long-term patient relationships.
- Conduct inpatient rounding.
- Provide thorough outpatient care, typically handling 2–3 patients per hour in a relaxed, family-practice atmosphere emphasizing quality over volume.
- Engage in preventive care, women’s health, prenatal/postpartum care, and procedures aligned with your clinical interests.
- Collaborate with Physician Assistants who handle urgent care and outpatient calls, supporting a manageable patient volume and reducing administrative burdens.
- Participate in a flexible schedule with shared call responsibilities, including one late-evening shift per week and every third weekend for hospital rounding.
- Utilize advanced EMR systems, including AI ambient scribe technology, to streamline documentation and billing processes.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Comfortable managing both outpatient and inpatient care.
- 2–3+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred; open to 2026 graduates.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and develop subspecialty interests.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.
- Comfortable with modern technology, including EMR systems and AI tools.
