- Own and execute the clinical integration playbook for each newly acquired clinic, covering clinical protocol alignment, quality assurance standards, EMR/clinical systems integration, physician credentialing and licensure verification, and patient care continuity.
- Build and maintain detailed 30/60/90-day clinical integration plans for each acquisition, with clear milestones for protocol adoption, staff competency validation, and quality metrics alignment.

- Collaborate with Medical Directors and Clinical Operations leadership to translate diligence findings into actionable clinical integration workplans with sequenced adoption timelines.
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison for newly acquired medical directors and physician leadership during integration, building relationships and ensuring alignment with clinical strategy.
- Partner with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, and HR to deliver clear, consistent clinical messaging to acquired physician and clinical staff throughout the transition.
- Coordinate clinical onboarding activities including protocol training, EMR system training, quality standards familiarization, and cultural integration of clinical teams into the IVI RMA clinical community.
- Support physician leadership in change management and anxiety reduction during transition to IVI RMA protocols and systems.
- Ensure acquired clinics meet IVI RMA clinical standards, safety protocols, and quality metrics within established integration timelines.
- Support Quality and Compliance leadership in validating protocol adoption,…
