Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents each day to provide quality customer service.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment from the laughter and wonder of children in activities you planned.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing children’s adventures through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with childcare professionals and grow professionally.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• State‑required pre‑service training completed.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Calmly address stressful situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Infant teachers must lift infants into/out of cribs).
• Meets background check eligibility.
