Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents each day to provide quality customer service.

- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing children’s adventures through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with childcare professionals and grow professionally.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred.
- State‑required pre‑service training completed.
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
- Calmly address stressful situations while multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Infant teachers must lift infants into/out of cribs).
- Meets background check eligibility.
